Q basically did a complete remodel on one of our bathrooms and did a great job. We've also had him do some other minor repairs like fan and lights installs, always good work.

"Q" did an amazing job today! I wasn't expecting the Repair to be this good! He even took my call in between his job and came over to take a look at the repairs I needed done on his lunch break. He told me exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done. He had to get back to his job and later gave me a quote. (Which didn't take long at all). I Later text him and agreed to have work done and came the following morning. Since I had to work he sent me the pictures of what he had completed of ALL that needed to be repaired. Q replaced all of my smoke detectors when they reached the end of their lifespan. He came early, was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Really, what more can you ask for? A good price? Oh yes, he offered that too. He even diagnosed my silly electricity outlet question before he left. A friend recommended me to Q for my project. In a short number of days he constructed a wall installed a door textured it and it was ready for my son to move in with more privacy. The best thing is that it looks like it's always been there instead of something that looks halfway. If you are looking for handyman to do any kind of work construction or otherwise Q is your guy.

Q was very easy to deal with in planning and scheduling a ceiling repair job. His work is meticulous and he takes great care to ensure the work area is clean and contained. The finished job turned out excellent. I highly recommend Q for sheet rock work.

We requested a work quote on/line and sent pictures of our kitchen/garage door that needed repair. His response was timely and an an affordable price, especially since we ended up adding an additional bathroom/toilet repair. He explained our bathroom repair to our property manager, who in turn agreed to deduct the repair charge from our next month's rent. Great work and very satisfied. Our property manager now has his number too!

Q was hired originally to install some smoke detectors prior to my home sale. Upon inspection it was discovered that some bedroom closet doors and bathtub glass sliding doors also needed to be fixed. Q was flexible and accommodated these additional tasks without issue. He went to the hardware store and purchased all necessary items and worked very quickly. Everything was taken care of within an hour of arriving and ended up waaay more affordable than what I had anticipated.

After contacting other handymen and finding out their hrly rate advertised was not what they were actually going to charge, I contacted Q to give me an estimate to do bunch of miscellaneous jobs at our home in the Eastlake area. I liked that he lives in the community as I'd prefer to work with someone local. After he showed up, on time, and gave us an estimate to do the work, he got to work right away and knocked it all out in a short time. I could tell he has been doing this work for a long time as he figured out a couple of items that we had no idea how to fix them. Everything looked perfect, side gate post replaced and gate fixed, TV mounted with wires concealed, ceiling fans replaced, some drywall patches fixed, and a damaged door and door jamb fixed etc. We were amazed how he fixed the door jamb, "like it never happened" he said and he was right. We were expecting the whole door to need replacing but he saved us time and money by repairing it like new. I'm glad we ignored negative reviews as we work in the service industry and know some people are never happy no matter what. We are glad we hired him and was happy to pay the amount he quoted us as we knew exactly how much we were going to pay up front instead of someone taking their time to get more money out of the jobs.
